last night lml dreampt that an old man and his granddaughter stole her car right in front of her house while she watched out the window. "hey you, stop stealing my car!!" she yelled. they did not. they drove off. two hours later they returned it with the excuse they thought it "crappy."

the shins the other night was lovely saw this band called the fiery furnaces. they were amazing!! they opened and it was a nonstop dance party. got their cd and it's still good but completely different. figured out they tried to play the entire cd in an openers set so they play all the songs twice as fast. plus they have crazy kalidopee keyboards and out of control drumming and one of them looks like a young john cusack and i love them. they were great. also the shins were awesome and still loved by lml. she needs to get their other cd, damn. speaking of, somehow have once again managed to aquire too many new cds at once they are as follows...
fiery furnaces, franz ferdinand, new vines, new modest mouse, cat power and the von bondies. gar. what has she gotten herself into?
